I ordered 2 dozen cupcakes for my wedding. I had a friend pick them up the day before because I was busy with wedding plans. When I finally saw them I couldn't believe it; they looked like a 5 year old frosted them. They did not pipe the frosting on, it looks like they just slapped the frosting on with a knife. When I called to complain the baker said if I should just bring them back, well it was too late because they were about to close and my wedding was the next day. He said well that's too bad and there is nothing he could do. So my friend was kind enough to re-frost them, they way they should have been done. If that wasn't bad enough, the cupcakes were so dry they crumbled apart. Oh yeah and they cost $32!!!!
