Provided by YP.comAVOID! These guys are horrendous. The furniture scratches VERY easily. Worse, the dresser we got split down the side. It took months to get a replacement and customer service ignored me repeatedly. We're talking 1 response for every 5 emails I'd send. Then the new dresser ALSO split and this process repeated itself, and it took over 6 months to get it replaced. Now the tall chest we'd gotten also split and I'm on my third email to them with no response. I'm going on a public bashing spree while waiting.

Avoid Baby's Dream like the plague!! I wish I would have read the reviews of Baby's Dream Furniture before I went out and bought our set.
1) We bought the Heritage Collection pieces and if you look at their print ads it clearly shows a quite close drawer glide and then pictures of all the dressers and nightstand below. So we spent the extra money and ordered Babies Dream figuring it was worth the extra $$. The nightstand arrived and to our surprise it had standard, run of the mill glides that bang closed. We called the store and Babies dream to be told that the single dresser was the only piece in the WHOLE collection that came with the quite close glides... SURPRISE! So, the extra money we paid for this set, the nightstand and the double dresser were for not... but now it is too close to the due date to return everything and start fresh... BELIEVE ME I HAVE CONSIDERED IT!
2) We were told to allow for 6-8 weeks for delivery of our furniture so we ordered back in mid-January. Our order is not going to be completed until the end of April to mid-May... good thing our son arrives in mid-May. When I called I got a lady named Mary and she was absolutely NO HELP. I explained to her everything that had happened and all she offered was a "I am sorry". I then asked to speak with her supervisor and was told I was not allowed to speak with them and that she was not allowed to even give me that persons name or email address. In my experience and in my company... if you paid for something from us you could speak with the owner if you wanted to and I can assure you that we have more employees and turnover more money than Baby's Dream! Ridiculous!
3) The furniture is maybe 2-3 star once you get it home. Their staining department... I think in Chili, South America... is second rate at best. The finish is not consistent at all and you can see the stain lines. The nightstand is about 2 shades darker than the crib too.
We plan on having several more children and I can promise you NONE of them will be sleeping in a Baby's Dream crib or have their clothes put into a Baby's Dream dresser.

Provided by YP.comThis is the worst experience I have ever had buying furniture. Do not waste your time or money. And, if you want to get your furniture before your baby arrives, do not buy Baby Dreams furniture. We ordered the Enchanted crib and it arrived two months before my due date with a cracked head board. We were told that a replacement would arrive in 4-6 weeks, three months later another damaged head board arrived. I ended up spending $75 on shipping costs and at the end of the day had nothing. Think twice before you order from this company.

Provided by YP.com21 weeks for nursery furniture??? We ordered five pieces of the Enchanted collection back in July. We were told to expect our furniture in 6-8 weeks, which would have been in early-mid September. We received only the crib. We were then told we'd see the remaining pieces in October. Two just arrived in Albany (in November), and we've now been told that we might see the last two pieces in mid-December. This will be 21 weeks from the time of our order, IF they actually arrive then. I would never have ordered this furniture if I knew my child would be months old when I finally got to prepare her nursery.

Baby's Dream may have cute furniture, but it is the worst quality furniture and packaging I have ever seen.
Our first $700 crib took 8 weeks to arrive. It was damaged and scratched and the box looked like someone had THROWN it off the delivery truck. I wasted a ton of time calling and writing the company, because the Customer Service department refused to call me back.
After finally agreeing to replace the crib, a second crib took another 6 weeks to arrive. It was also scratched and damaged. The espresso finish started flaking off just a few days after we took it out of the box.
Again I spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to contact the company. No one wanted to talk to me. I actually had to go online to find the CEO's name and personally write to him to get any action to happen.
A third crib is on its way. I will never ever buy anything from this company again.
Recently, Baby's Dream Furniture has been having production issues along with fewer employees due to the Holiday Season. This, of course, is of no excuse as to why your cribs arrived the way they did. They should have been in perfect condition and nothing less of it. I'm so sorry you had problems not only with that but also with customer service. This issue will be brought up in our next meeting and changes will be made along with the current changes to our company overall. Our company volunteered for JPMA Cerfitication, which means that our products have gone through rigorous procedures to meet the highest of quality standards. However, we appreciate your feedback and will be paying more attention to not just our customer service guidelines but also our shipping department as I believe that is where the lying problem for damages is happening. We want to make sure this is not a continous issue so we can provide our consumers with the best product and services. Thank you so much for your time and I'm sorry you had to experience that with your purchases.

Provided by YP.comStay clear. Worst quality furniture ever. We bought from a local store that sells Baby's Dream furniture as well as other lines. First crib we bought: The assembly holes did not line up. The replacement took 6 weeks to come in. The replacement which I just unboxed had no damage at all to the box but has two very large gashes in the top edge of the footboard piece. I have no doubt whatsoever that another replacement will take 6 weeks and will probably be damaged or defective as well.
I'm disappointed to hear about your experience with our furniture. It is our top priority to make sure all cribs are in perfect condition before they are shipped out. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and will most definitely have our products re-checked before shipping out to anyone else. Please give us a chance to resolve this since it seems you are still waiting for your replacement; and call me at (229) 649-4404, ext 214 when you have a moment. We are opened Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Ask for Giulia. Thank you.

Provided by YP.comFurniture is very nice, but the customer service is horrible. One of their retailer's gave us the wrong piece of furniture to convert a crib to a toddler bed. Their retailer closed down before we realized we had received the wrong part. I went through Baby's Dream Furniture directly at that point. It took two weeks to get through to customer service (the lady told me she is the only one that "works in that dept." for such a large company.) Then they wanted me to buy the part again. Absurd! Finally, if we pay for shipping they will send us the part we ordered. Shoddy service!!!
