I can't say enough about the kind, caring staff at Bolling, Grose & Lotts in Buena Vista, VA. Their empathy and patience during a difficult time were exemplary; the organization and teamwork among staff is to be commended. The gentlemen were respectful of our family as well as the deceased, and they followed through after the funeral with assistance on paperwork. Our family funeral was on one of the coldest days in January, and they made appropriate suggestions to insure everyone's comfort; they even helped transport flowers from the church to the reception hall after the service. No detail was overlooked. I would recommend them highly.
