Could not be happier with every part of this practice. I have been going to this facility for over 3 years because my husband recommended them to me when I injured my lower back. Not only did they cure my back and have helped me stay feeling my best over the last several years but they feel like extended family. The owners of the business really get to know you and the receptionists and assistants at the practice are nothing but fantastic.



I would recommend this business to anyone looking for help in the Northwest Subburbs.

In today’s world of customer service and consumer insights this office needs tremendous work. When I think of the ideal chiropractic office I think of calming, peaceful, and perfect alignment-that does not exist here. The negativity, bad attitudes, and rude practices abound. From the receptionist to both of the doctors, if you hit them on a bad day you can feel the negativity coming right through to the treatment. Not good for relaxing spasming muscles or soothing your pain. One a good day of theirs you find fair customers service.Some of their practices seem so unprofessional. While walking back to a patient room I walk by many other rooms with their doors open and half naked people on manipulation/massage tables. I don't want to see that in a doctor’s office and I certainly want my body kept private. When walking back down the hall one visit I noticed Dr. Eric massaging a patient, who was face down, with one hand and using his smart phone with the other. I thought no way. The next visit he is massaging me with one hand in the same place over and over so I ask him if there is a knot in that spot. He does not respond, so I ask him again and again-3 times. (I can usually feel when he hits a knot and this area didn't feel like it.) He said no, no knot and then his two-hand massage started back up. Really!!! texting or surfing while working on me. Today was the last straw. It started with negativity to others and me in the waiting room. A man with broken English brought in a new patient to the doctor without an appointment. He was doing them a favor by bringing in a patient they would not have had and the receptionist said rudely "Come on…..on a Monday, without an appointment. I am to busy for that". I was later put on a massage table and a heating pad was literally thrown on my back with a towel. When the doctor came in and started spewing negativity I got up off the table and told him I did not need their services and left.Some people were created or taught to serve and help others directly; this group should have gone into research treating laboratory animals.

I have been going to Dr Mike and Dr Eric for over a year now. I had a lower back injury last summer that made a good month of my summer very difficult. I went to Buffalo Grove Chiropractic and they assisted me with therapeutic massages - and helped me with stretches and exercises that helped me strengthen my back. With in 6 weeks I felt back to normal and was able to enjoy the rest of my summer without pain. I can't thank them enough.
