I have owned a few different companies over the last 25 years so I have worked with numerous consulting outfits over the years, but ISI stands out for its exceptional professionalism and expertise. Their industry specific insights and comprehensive analyses made me feel like I was getting tailored solutions rather than the usual boiler plate information. This approach is what I believe significantly contributed to the growth and efficiency of our operations. I can honestly say I feel more confident in our outlook going forward because of the work we did with ISI.

I am submitting this review to inform that we are pleased with everything Nick and ISI has accomplished over the last couple of month. Since leaving us we have kept up with all of the changes Nick had us implement. These included the new reporting process as well as leadership meetings. Overhauling the reporting alone ended up paying for the whole process. If we had to do it over again we probably would have signed on for longer as we still have some areas that need addressing. We will probably end up circling back around in the future.

I was satisfied with Luis and everything he was able to accomplish during his time with us. I now see the important of accurate reporting and how it ends up ultimately dictating how success you are long-term. We no longer scramble to make payroll and we are able to run the day-to-day operations without all the previously added stress.
