I almost didn't call because of a bad review, but glad I did. Very knowledgeable and professional and funny. Let my young son turn vacuum on and off, that thrilled him.
Ron said he often does that to help build confidence in kids. HIGHLY recommend!

Guy is like a bull in a china shop. Not careful, and swears like a sailor. Tell the kids and wife to go somewhere. Or better yet, call someone else.

Ron McFarlane came to clean my dryer vents and put a hole in the vent tubing inside the ceiling by using his brush and hose tool and threading it through the venting at a bend. We all heard a loud pop/crash at the time. He did not check before starting to see if the vent was functional, which it was. He claimed afterward that it was not working when he got there. He claims to have insurance but won't give out that name. He became very disrespectful and starting insulting me as a person when I told him I was unhappy with the work.

A person came to my house for an yearly dryer vent cleaning. When he started his work, the duct came down. After 2.5 hours complaining and groaning, he presented me a bill of U$150. He charged $46 for parts and U$105 for labor. This was in addition to what he charged the Association for his work. Well, the bad thing is that he did do the work without asking me if it was OK for me to pay the U150. I thought all the labor would be cover by the association.Anyways, since he replaced the entire duct and charged for a new part, I think he should have it done since the beginning and save me over 1 hour that he spent trying to put parts together. His unproductive time did cost me over U$75.00.I sent a check to the association, but I am really unhappy with the situation. If I have the choice, I would not have this company for the next year vent cleaning, which I will ask for the Board.
