Hired this company to clean my carpet and air vents in my home. They arrived 15 minutes late, realized once here they were missing a piece to clean the vents and were unable to do so that day, and then one asked to use my bathroom and left the toilet seat up without wiping the seat off after he peed on it. They came back the following week to do the air vents. They removed the vents in the wall and ceiling and when done, they screwed them back in. However, they failed to clean up the wall/ceiling debris on my furniture and floor. Their website advertises, "leaving your home just the way they found it". Also, per their website, they stated they clean the vent covers, but in my case, they failed to do so. I was less than impressed.

These guys are professional, kind, and helpful. They were thorough and offered to come back if any stains develop as the carpet dries. They were up front about the cost and there were no hidden "up-sales" on the backside. In fact, I was told on the phone that I may need a pet treatment but the people cleaning the carpet found no need. This was a perfect opportunity to take me for the added money yet they didn't. Upstanding, honest, and reliable!

I had Ryan and one of his employees out to clean our vents this spring. When they left I noticed 17" scratch on our kitchen hardwood floor. I sent Ryan an email the next day to let him know that it happened and that we wouldn't be recommending his service to our friends and family. I DID NOT ask him to pay for the damage. He eventually came out to see the scratch and continually implied that I was lying. He said it had happened before and that he remembered setting his equipment in that area BUT he would have noticed if he scratched the floor. He made me feel terrible and kept telling me I don't see how this could have happened and that he couldn't tell if I was lying. Since this was never about the money I told my husband we would fix the floor ourselves. I did not want to deal with him again!

Ryan did our carpet, and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend this carpet cleaner to anyone!
