I called from Idaho, to order a flower arrangement for my Mother-in-law's milestone birthday. Being so many miles away, and not being able to be on-site to see what the arrangement would look like can be challenging. Katrina's went above and beyond, and created a beautifully dramatic flower arrangement that my MOL was thrilled with. Ordered flowers for a funeral service. I called late in the day of the service and they were able to make the delivery that afternoon. Very nice and friendly to work with.
