I love shopping here. Great Company that cares about their customers wants and tries to find what they need.

I've been doing buisness with this store for twenty years. The sale people are pleasent and the prices are fair. In Buffalo I wouldn't go anywere else

I had bought a bed from this location and I asked the gentleman about it being used? He said they steam clean them with a system to ensure they are sanitary. I had asked for a queen size and he took me in the back to show me. I seen many beds but for some reason the gentleman told me he only had two queen sizes. I had checked them over thoroughly and picked the one I wanted. The problem is the bed was broken. It was hard to tell till I got it home and set it up, I then realized the springs were broken one one side of the mattress. Now I wonder why he showed me the bed standing up. All Sales are final that's what you get when you complain.

They sold me a mattress and box spring that I thought was new. After 2 months, I found that the springs had bed bugs. When I disposed of the box spring, I found it coated underneath with dog hair. I DO NOT HAVE A PET.
