ed is a great tattoo artist i have no complaints about the quality of his work, my complaint is on the way i was treated , his customer service june 14 i had an app. for myself and a friend, , we had booked six weeks in advance. got there and was told by ed that we didn't have an app. until july 14 , we left and came home , i checked my email from ed and we did have an app. so i called him and was told by his assistant that he was busy and couldn't come to the phone, i explained to him that we did have an app. and sent him the confirmation email that ed had sent to me. i asked if ed could call me asap, after two hours i called back, again told he was busy , i explained that my friend took the day off work and could we work something out, i was told come back july 14th. wow...what kind of customer service was that. over the next few days i left a message text and emailed ed, never heard back from him. no apology, no call totally blown off . bad customer service

Excellent art cutom art. All my tatts were done by this great artist. Highly recommended.
