The cable company is horrible half the stations don't come in, if you call them they don't answer and call u back also when they dropped off the TiVo they required a 100 dollar deposit they refused to return my 100 dollar deposit said they were going to send me a check never did they r liars please don't sign up for this cable company they r horrible

GREAT, GREAT, GREAT! Did I say they were GREAT? I never heard of them until I moved into the complex where I now live. Went with FOIS and the bill just kept going up, it was over $160.00 per month and I could never get hold of any body to help get it straight. Hours on the phone for the simplest of problems. After 5PM, forget it. They sent tech after tech, sent new equipment, nothing solved the problems. The worst thing was calling FIOS, it took what seemed like hours after the phone maze and we never got the same person. No one ever knew what we were talking about.



It's 8:45 PM, Anametrics hooked me up today around 4PM, I just called and the owner of the company answered the phone. He answered my questions and was very helpful. I just asked him where a channel was.

Anametrics switched me from the nightmare called FIOS. I have more channels, I do not need boxes, I have HDTV on all my TV's and the digital channels just jump out at you. I think the number of digital has to be 80 or 90. I have no idea what these negative reviews are about. Call these guys and get the facts. I'm saving about $380 a year and I'm getting more cahnnels and no boxes. I've logged onto my internet and it goes there as fast if not faster than FIOS.

If you want a great service at a great price. Call Anametrics. I've had them for a while and love it.

I had the misfortune of owning a condo that had Anametrics cable. It actually isn't a cable company but a two man operation. The husband handles technical problems, service and installation whereas the wife handles customer service. They claim to have the best picture around but that is a complete fabrication. The customer service is virtually non existant. If there is a technical problem or outage they reply "They are working on it". The time frame could be anywhere between 6 hours and 6 days. The wife that handles customer service is outright nasty on the phone when answering questions regarding service or billing.



They claim to be a cable company but are actually a fly by night operation. If they were a legitimate cable company, they would pay a franchise fee to the town. Well, they pay our town nothing and claim they are a central antenna for condos and apartments. Figure that one out!



The picture quality for analog cable is horrid. Digital channels are not on option but they will charge you a premium channel price for the NFL Network like they charge for HBO, Showtime etc.



If you think you are going to save money by using these people, best of luck. You get what you pay for and Anametrics provides lip service.
