Michelle was awesome she made sure I was comfortable.

Very nice ppl helped me get my tooth looked at as a emergency walk in on Tuesday then set appointment to get my teeth pulled on Friday didn't take long to be seen was in and out

Be prepared to wait. Made an 8am appointment for my husband who is in great pain and he is still not being seen after an hour in the waiting room.

I've always had soft teeth and get cavities. This female dentist lectured me about "poor diet habits" b/c I have four cavities, and proceeded to cram mouth dividers so far into my mouth I gagged. She told me the cause for choking was "all in my head." Then she very quickly and roughly only completed one filling of the four fillings and had her asst. tell me I was "done"and should re-schedule. I was incensed. The callousness, unprofessionalism and contempt with which I was treated was staggering. NEVER GO THERE!

Things started out great, everyone was courteous until the procedure began. The dentist & assistant talked over me the whole time about their personal lives, kids, vacations...it seemed unlikely that they were doing their best work on my teeth with their focus on their personal business but I gave the benefit of the doubt... well... I almost choked on my saliva because the assistant was busy talking about her child's love for mermaids ??? My bite was uneven in the end but that wasn't the worst part...when the numbing went away & I tried to eat, I felt like my food was touching an open nerve! I went back to the office before it closed only to be reexaminated by the assistant who almost let me choke. This "assistant" who after her so called "examination" started a conversation with me by saying "I don't think your crazy but..." ??? Ok...Is this the way to treat a patient who returns in pain? That's when I requested to speak with the dentist, When the dentist did come in, she explained that the tooth next to the one she had worked on may have been irritated during the filing procedure & that the tooth that was giving me problems was undetectable on my x-ray. Which led me to believe it was damaged during her conversation with the assistant while doing my procedure. She then sent me away in pain to make sure she got out at closing time telling me to come back Monday. Monday?! My tooth now irritated was completely fine when I came in, before a very unprofessional, non focused filing procedure?! A terrible experience..definitely not returning.

I thought this was a great place. The staff was friendly and although not jumping for joy with the service it was satisfactory. My problem came when a female dentist came out of one room looking at another childs teeth and right into the room with my child..... she was wearing the same gloves. When I looked at her in shock and asked her if she could change her gloves, she looked at me as to say how dare I question her. She did comply but was rude and snappy for the rest of the visit. I have not been back since or to any of their satellite offices just incase she works at another site.

Very kind people but ever since I've gone there I have more tooth pain then before I had my wisdom teeth removed there the stitches were not dissolvable one side was tied to tight I wasn't knocked out and 3 months later my cheek is still numb because a nerve was cut my cap on my tooth hurts randomly but they are very friendly and inviting but don't put a lot of heart into there work.

Fabulous. The made me feel like I was a princess, im terrified of dr's and they were quite possibly the kindest most caring dr, nurses even the receptionists were nice. They hit it off here.

Never go here. I was having a dental emergency and could not find anyone available. I was in tears because of the pain and finally got ahold of Aspire. When I first called I was elated that they were friendly and able to help me. They told me to come right in, that my problem sounded like wisdom teeth and as long as they werent impacted i could be treated that day. She told me to come right in. So, I left my pajamas and my bed. My mom drove from 20 minutes away to give me a ride to this place. When I got there the receptionist said "were not talking walk ups" I tried to explain to her that I called and she said "We don't do walkups after 11" I checked my phone to assure that i called the right number. I asked her if she could find out and she told me that she doesnt know who I spoke with, and just kept repeating the company policy. I was sobbing in tears explaining to her that i was in the worst pain of my life and that the emergency room turned me away already- she repeated the company policy again. So I decided to call to try to reach who i spoke with the first time. When I called back I actually got the same receptionist. I think her name was like evonne or something close to that. She got rude and stern with me, as if I was calling and annoying her. She repeated the policy again, I just wanted her to ask around to see if the person i spoke with was there. Then she told me she could make me an appointment for next week. As if I wanted to continue on with with atrocious service. The best part is, I am looking for a new Dentist because I need about 12,000 dollars worth of dental work done. Good Job Throwing Away My Buisness!

i had no teeth they hooked me up with great fittin dentures and they wait was not that long

Reception leaves a little to be desired, but the dentist are amazing. This place has really improved my life in so many ways.
