Paul created my engagement ring and wedding band! After getting quotes from a dozen jewelers in various cities (from Buffalo to NJ), we chose Aurum Jewelers. Paul offered us an incredibly reasonable price, and we were very impressed with his prior work and his 45+ years of experience. When we were designing the ring, Paul was very patient and knowledgable. He was always available to take my calls and kept me informed throughout the process. Paul actually returned my call over a holiday weekend just to keep me updated about the status of my ring, which demonstrated his strong commitment to his customers. Paul worked tirelessly to ensure that my ring was "perfect" and that I was completely satisfied. The final product is absolutely stunning and is everything I hoped it would be (and more). Paul does amazing work, and I can't imagine getting my engagement ring from anyone else! I'm so glad that we chose Aurum.

Paul Michaels is the best jeweler. He is a true artist and has an engaging, fun personality. He just redid my beloved mother's engagement stone, in a setting that is truly unique and beautiful. The original setting did not look right on my hand, but the way that Paul was able to redo it using the same ring, is amazing. It is a contemporary tasteful design and it's perfect. Great jeweler, terrific artist!

Aurum is the best my dad had an antique store when I was young in Buffalo, and it was nice to go in there with my unique and savvy knowledge of jewelry I put them to the test and asked for an authentic amythest stone ring in its natural form and they pulled out an antique amythest ring platinum Gold the amythest was a heart and the diamonds were steller. I love them!!!

I am ecstatic that I found Aurum Jewelers and Paul Michaels. I was recommended to Paul by a dear friend. I am now his customer for life (Ill fly into Buffalo to work with him if I ever move.) He is brilliant when it comes to knowing what your tastes are. He listens to exactly what you want and is respectful to your b...udget. He is meticulous and attentive and it shows in all that he does. Although known for his high end and estate jewelry dont let this discourage youhe will find or create something for everyone! He also has lovely selections for special occasions not just engagement rings. I went to Paul a customer and now he is a dear friend for life. (He also has a wonderful sense of humor!)
