Terrible place! Every time I went in,they messed up my teeth bad! Had to go back repeatedly for fix ups! Really really do not go here! Would rate negative stars!

Let me preface my comment by saying that I am a busy working mom and something/someone has to be stellar for me to take the time to write a review/comment. I recently switch to Dr. Raid's Office (Tonawanda location) and was absolutely blown away by the service I received. He is wonderful and so is his staff!! I have never before been seen by a medical profession with such wonderful chair side manner. I would recommend his office to anyone looking for a dentist. I will certainly be using his office from here on out!!

Best dentist and staff in town! Dr Riad is wonderful and caring to all his patients. He spends time explaining options to you. Dr. Riad has been my dentist for over 10 years. I have no anxiety about a dentist visit as I had had for so many years. I feel completely comfortable and know I am in good (the best ) hands. The entire staff at Better Smile is exceptional!

Excellent patient care and service !Dr and staff are extremely accomodating and empathetic to patients needs. Any anxiety or fear of dental offices are immediately alleviated by their kind, caring and personable staff. They will help you with a care plan that works best for you. Their name says it all. If you are looking a " better smile" then better smiles IS the place to go. Happy patient two years.
