The only thing included in the price is the oil and grease, they will give custom prices based on whatever needs to be fixed once they come to service. 2. 8 hour standard(8am to 4:30pm) contract - There are certain maintenance repairs that are included as a part of an agreement signed and they will come to work on those repairs any time during the standard hours of 8am to 4:30pm.
