This company has been trying to collect a debt from ME for my GRANDMOTHER. The Federal Trade Commission told me that I needed to send them a letter telling them to stop calling me, my sister and my mother. They would NOT tell me which address I needed to send them a certified letter and to top it off, they hung up on me, TWICE!!! I understand that they could take me "out of the system" but I wanted to do what the FTC told me to do.
