Sadly, we have had to use their services a few times, and they have always been fair and have done a wonderful job.

I'm currently in the process of filing a claim with the state boards to get him sanctioned and fined for his thievery!!

I had taken my Handicap Van there for a small "Fender Bender" first estimate was inflated to try to cover my "Deductible" he says ($500.00)It took me a few months to get it all worked out and I took it back in! I said I have NO co-pay now! It's the other drivers fault~ they pay! To my surprise~The price STAYED inflated and going even further he did a revised estimate and AGAIN inflated the price for the Cost of Living increase?....here we go....Went in to check on it- somehow he tricked me into signing authority to get paid directly and he kept pestering my ins agent for check! Delays Delays he says all the while waiting for check "like a drug fiend waiting for a fix"! Finally-I get my Van (and I needed it desperately ~ for the wheelchair access for my son) I get it back....shoddy second rate work - terrible paint job all orange peeled and drippy! He Charged for new parts and installed used! Not even after market! Actually installed "USED" and invoiced and took payment for "NEW"! Of course by then he had already worked the ins agent and had the check sent directly to him, so it was a clean rip off for him and nothing else for me to do but File Claim against his snaky business and warns others!! Watch out for this one! He should be shut down in my opinion! Maybe by the time I am done he will be! Cause I intend to stay on him like he did the insurance agent!! He haunted her for payment he overinflated (twice) and then charged for new and gave used!

p.s. on a lighter note his office staff are wonderful people who seem embarrassed with his business ethics! But they don't call the shots!! So dont let your guard down at that place!!!
