My daughter is 2 started spacing out and getting bad headaches. She has out of town doctors who said she needed a new MRI. She had one 6 months ago but had a lot of new symptoms to warrrent an MRI. The PA mellissa hasselback couldn't even fit my daughter In Any sooner . After begging for her to call me she did and then told me that a mri would have not changed in the last 6 months and there was no need to do one. I then informed her that her symptoms change. She then informed me my insurance wouldn't cover a second mri in that short of Time. At that point I was so upset and told her my daughter should be her number one priority and let me worry about my insurance. I cross checked her and my insurance would cover it!! It's a factory and your just a number !

After suffering with dizziness and vertigo for YEARS, I finally found someone that was able to help me! After doing some testing I have never heard of (in the same building), he was able to properly treat me and now I have my life back and can do the things I have enjoyed doing!!! Great staff and very helpful....I would highly recommend this doctor due to his expertise and ease of being able to diagnose and treat for dizziness!!!

I would have given Dent a zero if the system allowed it.



My husband was referred to Dent for his fibromyalgia, which is so extreme he can no longer work. He carefully filled out the very long and detailed paperwork they sent him in the mail before his appointment and also obtained copies of his medical records. No one at Dent took one look at his paperwork or his records. The doctor was extremely dismissive, offering a cursory exam that barely took 5 minutes and then telling my husband there was nothing she could do to help him. It was as if she'd never even heard of fibromyalgia before, didn't care to ever learn about, and was annoyed that my husband was taking up her time by hoping she might do her job. What a colossal waste of time and money, but what's worse, we'll never know if there are any neurological treatments that could have helped my husband because Dent is, from what we've seen, a joke and a sham.
