HORRIBLE service. First off, they fail to display any kind of services and pricing menus within the store. If there is one to be found, it's lost to the immense amount of clutter everywhere. Their employees lack the social skills to listen to exactly what you are asking them to print, and because I had initially been told I would be charged $0.50/page, I should have left with a $40 charge on my card. But the second I am handed my desperately needed copies, I get charged $64.71 because of a "miscommunication". There would be no miscommunication if they successfully displayed all of their prices clearly, and it's manipulative and unprofessional not to. You would expect that a print center would think to print their prices in a more apparent manner instead of ripping off college students without cars.
