My son was in college in Buffalo when the engine of his 2011 Chevrolet Malibu blew out. He put the car in storage and returned to NYC. We decided to replace the engine and contacted Hammond Auto Repair to engage their business. We couldn't be more impressed with the excellent customer service and workmanship. Everything was transacted electronically (phone, email and electronic funds transfer). They took care of everything from retrieving the vehicle to making the repairs. We never met in person. When the work was done, my son went up to Buffalo, got the car and drove it back to NYC. We are very pleased with how the car is running. The cost for the replacement engine and other work was very reasonable. We highly recommend Hammond Auto repair shop! Thank you, Guys, for an excellent experience!
