I have been using Hook's shoe stores since I was a young child. My feet are deformed and one is a lot wider than the other. Hook's has always taken the time to make sure the shoes fit me without hurting. I think Hook's is the best place for people that have foot issues!!! THANKS HOOK'S for all the wonderful time you take with your costumers!!!

I'm a handicap women in my 50's. Have always gone to Hooks's for my shoes. But, last week I wanted to get a new pair of sandels for the our trip. Because the old ones were simply looking bad after five summers. I liked the Finn Comfort Made in Germany style. My husband went to pick them up for me. What makes me so angry is the fact that the cost is outragous.It cost me $ 216.41 with the plus sign of $25.00 added on because the solds have to be builded up on the one side so it will help me so I don't fall so easily. The total price came to $241.41 with tax. I think this is not fair to the people that need to wear supported shoes cause they wear no other shoe. How can you people live with yourself thinking that, these people with handicaps or with feet problems can only depend on high price shoes?
