On Jan 6th, 2019, Eric sent me a list of promos. On Jan 23rd, I submitted an order to him for 15 cases of SKU LSPW1-030-GW-0-US. On Jan 24th, a follow up email was sent to him. On Jan 28th, he asked me to confirm my shipping address. A confirmation email was sent to him the same day. However, the shipping information requested should have been on file from a previous order placed with him for Fittagious on Nov 21st, 2018 that took close to forty-five days to be delivered. The issues experienced with that order will be addressed in another review. Furthermore, on Feb 11th, 2019, he asked me to fill out a new credit card authorization form since my payment information changed. On Feb 13th, I followed up with him and emailed him another copy of it. I also inquired about the shipping status of my order. He told me “the delays came from the inventory being out of stock.” I replied by saying “all of the issues with my order seemed intentional.” I also informed him that I was going to reach out to corporate. Less than three hours later he informed me that my order was paid for and would ship out the following week.
