these guys are conn artist they hired me 10-17 made me take a $700 class that the promised to repay of you agree not fired so I said hey what's tbd worst to happen so I took a loan out for the $700 from my credit union a week 1/2 into me working there they fired me said I didn't fit in to their dealership I'm African American,I said are u serious ? training was basically all I did for my first two days, but what Eva, coo fire me I want my $700 back what did they say when I said that oh we are not going to reimburse you , ok coo 2weeks have gone by and they still haven't paid me for my last weeks pay still trying to get it lets see how long this takes!

I bought a new car from Keller last week and not only do I love the car but the finance guy over there really came through for me!! I have limited credit, but even still I was able to purchase this vehicle with a loan at an incredibly low interest rate! plus, no co-signer!!

I found what I was looking for here at Keller, but the best part of all was how comfortable our salesman made us feel. He wasn't too "pushy"- in fact he was very down to Earth and that had alot to do with why we bought a car from Keller.

We went to the "#1" Chevy dealer in Buffalo, and was having a very hard time getting anyone to talk straight to me. I had in mind what I wanted to pay for my new truck, and what I wanted for my trade. I had been to several dealerships and they had all offered me about the same for my trade. This #1 dealership kept on playing games. They had the truck that I wanted and I know I have great credit, but the kept on trying to play with the interest rate, and include a extended warrenty. NO one would give me a straight answer as to what the payment would be. It got to a point where I walked out of the dealership. The #1 dealer called my back the next day and brought me back in for more of the same. I was fed up and ready to go look at another brand all together. I jumped on line and pulled up car dealers on here, and found Keller Chevrolet. LET ME TELL YOU... WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I spoke with my sales person over the phone explained what happened, and he said "No problem sir, we will get everything taken care of for you" I thought "yeah, right" but decided to give Keller a try. We set a appointment and when my wife and I got there our sales person Matt had the truck that I wanted up front gased up and ready to go. He handed my keys to one of the other sales guys so the manager could look at our trade while we were on a test drive. When we got back Dean Jackson came out and told us that Matt had informed him of what had happened at the other dealership and assured us that they would take care of everything. Take care of everything is just what they did! They gave me 500 more for my trade than any other dealership had offered, and gave me the price I was asking for with out a fight. IT WAS THE EASIEST CAR DEAL I HAVE EVER MADE! THANK YOU MATT AND DEAN, YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE
