Ordered two recliners, one arrived with two major defects. Called the customer service line and found that once the chair is in the home, they will only send out a repair tech, even if it is a lemon like my chair.

I paid for a new recliner, not one that needs to be fixed right out of the box! Called the store to see if they could do anything about this shoddy product they sold me. The friendly salesperson you get while shopping will be replaced with an uncaring man who will shrug off your problem by saying that is just the way it is.

This chair should have never left the factory. If anyone had tried it before sending it to the warehouse, the problems would have been clear and they would have avoided having a disappointed customer. Sad to see another once-reputable brand skimp on quality.
