We are sorry to hear about the unfortunate experience that you had at Leaps N' Bounce. Many of our regular customers return for the just the reason of cleanliness and safety as compared to our competitors. Our busiest times are during the weekends and it can be slightly expected that some children will shed a tear because accidental collisions with other children while bouncing. One of our inflatables is available for children that is under the height of 48", your 8 year old daughter may have been over the height requirement. We do allow adults into this inflatable as assistance for their toddler but not to bounce. We do monitor the entrance and exit way by keeping an eye on the door at all times. We have never had a child wander out without their parent. We are sorry that we did not acknowledge your arrival or exit from our establishment. In regards to parking, there is ample parking around the center. There is the large 500 car parking lot adjacent to our building and also a large parking lot across the non-busy street that we are located on.
