received a call back from one of the attorneys for an unemployment claim question. the attorney seemed not to listen or care what i had to say. very bad service. i would not recommend these attorneys. their rating should be no star

Saw an attorney last September. Since that time, no one will return a single phone call or answer an email. The temp who mans the desk on Tuesdays and Thursdays says they're unable to schedule appointments. The only thing he can do is send you to their extension, at which point you ALWAYS get the voicemail. You leave a message and it is never returned. Free legal assistance is a very nice idea for low- and no-income people who need this service in WNY. It does NO good whatsoever--free or not-- to have an office with unmanned phones, an attorney that I've been told for the past three months is "off" and "in court," an attorney and a social worker who don't return phone calls or emails, and an office that cannot schedule an appointment. You just sit there calling and emailing and feeling like a punk.
