If i could give no star they would get it. Poor customer service. Was told to bring car to car wash upon returning. Was charged for smoking but no signs of smoke damage. Was charged two tow bills after car stalled out.and abandond it on road at night. Then was billed additional day. Damage to tire,bumper and whatever else is on bill. Asked to see pics of damage or poof besides bill and was not given any proof. I have no clue what they are talking about. Was more irritated i had to abandon a car and walk home. Was billed for a redlight ticket on a day i didnt have a car rental. Asked to see documents and they provided forged invoices. Also signed a damage waiver form. "Taking car as is" i don't understand how they want to bill me $2000 or more for all this.
