When you go into this place, they make you sign a waiver telling you that your hair could be a lighter color, clothes could get damaged, etc. There's a reason for that. When they screw up, they've covered their buts! The lady left my perm in too long and burned my hair. She took in an extra client. I've had 30 some odd perms, I've NEVER had my hair break off - I've got a bald spot on the top of my head, and breakage all around the hairline. I've NEVER had railroad tracks from the perm rods - they finally went away after about 2 weeks. Don't do it!! They're certainly no cheaper and you take a huge risk with your hair.
