If you are in need of Services or you wish to arrange a visit to our facilities, please call our administrative offices at (716) 895-6700 Mid-Erie participates in most health insurance plans and accepts both Medicaid and Medicare. The insurance plans may cover the partial or full cost of treatment services. A sliding fee, based on income, might be available for people without health insurance.
