I've been seeing Marc since he took care of my Mom several years ago. So when it came time for me to need a hearing aid he was the person I went to. He's very professional, but very friendly. He is also kind to the older people who can't hear well. He speaks loudly so they can hear him and makes them feel comfortable. After all no one likes to admit that can't hear what you said even though that is why you are there.
