Nothing but troubles. They take on too many cars at once. It never feels if anyone cares about you or your car its more about getting you in and out. I would reccomend finding another dealship before you try this one, it is defintally a last resort for me.

WORST SERVICE EVER COND

Unfortunately they put none of this information in my service log so nobody knows what I am talking about.. They say the women I spoke with when I dropped it off is whom I need to speak with to get this straight.. They say they will leave her a message and she will return my call.. yet I still receive no call ... so two more weeks go by of my car ticking and my transmission slipping... and I call again.. Yet again she is not in and they leave a message for her to call me back... I wait a few more days .. And still no call... so now pissed off I call again and I get the women.. who is now very sweet and nice ( YET didn’t return my phone call and she knows it!) says I can bring my car in anytime today and they will look at it.. so I bring it in.. I step outside with a mechanic so they can hear EXACTALLY the sound I am talking about so they do not confuse it again with another sound..I receive a ride home from the courtesy vehicle. and I leave the car overnight. When I call the next day my car is still not done ….till I call at 6oclock.. And it seems they r “just finishing up the paperwork” (SURPRISE SURPRISE) so I get a ride to pick up my car yet again they cannot find a problem. So I ask why it is an issue to figure out where this noise is coming from.. So the women has me go out and meet with the mechanic to discuss the problem.. To my surprise its a different mechanic than I spoke to the day before( which means he has no idea what noise I was talking about) and he points out the noise I am hearing and yet AGAIN.. it is a different noise than from what I brought the vehicle in for so then I say!... " THAT IS NOT THE NOISE I WAS TALKING ABOUT" so they ask to keep the car overnight to work on it some more and I cannot have them keep my car AGAIN.. so I take it home and agree to drop it off the following day. I then drop the car off and was promised the same mechanic will be working on my car again and they will call me when they know the outcome.. so I wait all day.. with no car... unable to go anywhere!.. and I do not receive a call.. so now its around 7 ( and remind you, I dropped the car off at 11) and they say I should be receiving a call around 8 when they diagnose the problem, so basically my car sat there all day without anyone even looking at it. And 8 rolls around and NO CALL!... so I wait and wait and wait.. and I believe the close around 9-930 so around 8:45 I call back.. the woman on the phone tells me my car will be done sometime tomorrow night! WHAT! I never said they could keep my car overnight! and I need my car to get to and from work in the morning! OMG what am I going to do! I tell the women I NEED my car and it is necessary I come and pick it up and we will figure something out about the car.. and she placed me on hold for about 5mins and then came back on the phone to say the man in charge of my car has stepped out so in order to discuss what is being done with my car I need to speak with him. Now she tells me he will be calling me back as soon as he is back in the building.. so I wait and wait and wait.. now its about 9:20 and I still have not got a call back.. assuming they are still open ( because there is no way they would not call me back about my car that I said I NEEDED to have to drive myself to work in the morning) I get a recording that they are closed for the night... ARE YOU KIDDING ME! so now I am here with no car.. no way of getting to work in the morning.. no ride home from work.. nobody to ask what has been done to my car all day... And most important again NO CAR! and this is now where I am.... so in conclusion NORTHTOWN HAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER! And who knows what is going to happen to me tomorrow! Wish me luck!

WORST SERVICE EVER!

I Have taken my car to the Northtown Volkswagen dealership many times for, oil change, tire rotation, warranty work.. and never fails every time I never receive a phone call letting me know that my car is finished. It just so happens every time I call they are " finishing up the paperwork" I mean how many times can you use this line until I catch on.. So to start I have had bad experiences.. Next time I take it in I hear a weird noise coming from the rear of my car.. to my beliefs it is a wheel bearing.. According to Northtown my BRAND SPANKING NEW tires are bad and that is what is causing the sound.. so I go to the tire place they place a new set of tires on and still the sound exists.. so I bring it back to Northtown and yet again they claim it must be my tires. Enough is enough and I choose to bring my car to Volkswagen of Orchard Park.. ( which unfortunately is quite a far distance for me, that is why I usually choose Northtown for convenience) and they give me a rental car so I can proceed on with my life and THEY call ME ( not the other way around) to find I have not one but 2! BAD WHEELBEARINGS! GO VOLKSWAGEN OF ORCHARD PARK for solving my problem! Because it didn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out I needed new wheel bearings.. I am a women and even knew that! So next my cd player in my car breaks! Again for convenience I take it to Northtown even though I dread the visit. I again never receive the phone call that my car is finishes but when I call they surprisingly say " we are just finishing up the paperwork" so I proceed to pick up my car to find out in the 8hours it was there they did no work except for realizing my cd player was broken! Good job genius I told u that when I dropped it off! SO they made me schedule another appointment to come back when they got a new cd player in! So basically I was without a car and my car sat there all day for NOTHING!... After the cd player incident was taken care of I now needed to bring my car in for a oil change and tire rotation.. Quick and painless right?... WRONG.. I also ask them to check a ticking noise I hear from under my hood and also my transmission seems to be slipping between 1st and 2nd gear. So I wait around all day and when I call THEM I get the whole " we r just finishing up the paperwork" then the women tells me the mechanic dose not hear any ticking noise and notices no slip of the transmission. So they ask me to keep it overnight to test it on a cold start. I agree because I do not work the next day. READ MORE ON NEXT REVIEW
