Had a bad experience at another marine service center in the area by Bethlehem Steel, so decided to try Olson by the small boat harbor. Great service. Lisa who works at the desk took lots of time to explain what my issue could be. She called when they found out and told me what the repair would cost and asked if I wanted to move forward. When it was fixed, I picked it up and she showed me the bad part (gimbal bearing). Her knowledge of the mechanical aspect of what was going on seemed very impressive. Also, she took the time to explain as well as make other suggestions to questions or fixes I could do my self. A family business that takes pride in their work and values their customers. Very trustworthy and will go the extra mile.
