Best around for service and support. Great Prices and turn-around time. When others said trash it and buy NEW Payless made the systems run better and gave me a choice if I wanted to upgrade. Never rushed or felt like I was being taken. Lots of FREE advice. Owner Operated and they care.

I learned about Payless Computers from this site and the reviews I read didn't lie. I don't know a lot about computers and was worried about getting taken advantage of, but Joe is not only knowledgeable, but very honest as well. I have recommended him to my own family, so I figured I'd let the rest of Buffalo know about my quality experience.

After being told by Dell that my motherboard was bad and that "It Could Not Be Repaired" Payless not only gave me a great price on repair but had it up and working in three days! ---- Hats off to this guy! Now I see how he has managed to stay in business for 17 Years ---

No nonsense diagnosis on my laptop with very reasonable rates. Turnaround time was fast and it felt great to deal with a local business that is owner operated!
