Do not trust any prices you find anywhere online, including their own website! Food is OK but prices are a little high for Riverside.

I am a semi frequent customer..who spends $ 20_30 a wk..I ordered almost $ 30 tonight but my chix fritters were small and didnt equal 10.. they were for my 2 kids..I just wanted the $ bk for only those and when we called they were rude, hung up..and didnt answer if they did they hung up..that is a very poor way to treat faithful customers... its very disappointing :(

2 delivery orders in a row took over an hour and a half each to arrive and were both cold. I received credits for the first and decided to try a second time. I called when my order had still not arrived and was told it was fresh out of the oven 10 minutes prior to my call and on its way, it was luke warm at best when it arrived 2 minutes later. When I called to complain and told the manager what his employee had said his response was "well I think he probably just got confused" and continued to make excuses about their horrible quality control. I will never be returning again and I strongly urge you never to waste your time calling.
