I would absolutely recommend Pro Spec Home Inspection. This was my second time using the company, Mark did a very thorough job on both properties. What I most liked was his extensive knowledge on what needed to be repaired, this gave me comfort moving forward with such a large purchase. Trust me, you will not regret using this company!!!

This was my second time using Pro Spec. I had mine in 2010 and this one was for my daughter's house.
Mark is always super thorough and informative. Seriously, he doesn't cut corners and will explain everything he sees as you go.
You pay an inspector to find every possible issue, big or small, to help you make the best decision on purchasing the home. Therefore you want someone who's meticulous.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Pro Spec to anyone who's truly interested in knowing every potential issue with your new home!
If you want someone who just goes through the motions you should look elsewhere.

I paid over $400 to have a home inspection and a radon test. I was happy with the radon test. However, this guy missed a ton of serious issues that cost me thousands of dollars a few months after closing on the house. Sloppy work. Please find another home inspector. You'll be left holding the bag.
