The two barbers (Edwin & Pablo) really does a good job! But its useless to schedule an appointment.I took my husband and son to get a haircut on a Friday morning around 1030am (Pablo ) who usually cuts my son's hair wasn't even there,so i made an appointment to come back @ noon. I live all the way in East Amherst... went home and came back by Noon (Pablo) was there but already had someone in the chair. I said ok well when hes done with that person he'll start either my son or my husband being that we do have an appointment.Ok soon as Pablo was done cutting the little boys hair i watched the father of the kid whispered something to Pablo in Spanish. Pablo said i got you and once the little boy got up out of the chair his father sat down and Pablo started cutting his hair. I couldn't believe it. My husband said Screw this place we'll take our business somewhere else. Its not fair that Pablo took his (buddy,Boy,friend,Homie,etc) over us. We had an appointment.No matter what nationally or language is spoken we all are in the USA Paying with US money.. So with that being said the Razor Pro's will never get my business nor will i recommend any of my friends,co-workers or family to go there." RAZOR PRO'S,S STEP YA GAME UP WITH BEING A MORE PROFESSIONAL,INSTEAD OF BLAMING YOUR RUDENESS ON BEING SO BUSY AND EVERYONE COMING AT THE SAME TIME.ITS CALLED "SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT FOR A REASON". Shame on you's.
