A male Tech (Dr. Lee) did my nails. once he finished I paid with my credit, he turned and asked another Tech was he suppose to put the card in the slot for the credit card that has a chip. I went to have my nails done. I specifically asked for a certain nail Tech and she was at lunch. I was told to come back within 10 min. we ( my daughter and I returned) and the Tech was with someone else. A male Tech (Dr. Lee) did my nails. once he finished I paid with my credit, he turned and asked another Tech was he suppose to put the card in the slot for the credit card that has a chip. The again. I said it went through again. I told her to refund me my 25.00. She mentioned that she didn't have the authority. She told me to come back on Monday and I did, there was nothing that she could do because she was not the boss, try back tomorrow which was Tues. No boss that i could speak to. She told me that I should have used Cash. Really!
