I have always enjoyed the food, ambiance, and personal service recieved. My comment is to the latest commercials being aired. "Top Cuts?" Feel they are beneath Russell Salvatore and the institution he has made in Western N.Y.. Please pull the advertisment.... it is a disgrace to a Western N.Y. Landmark and is not needed.

Event I attended this past weekend was ruined by smell of sewage. Management was oblivious to it, acted as though we were crazy but there was a wedding party on the other side and their guests all left too, the poor bride was in tears and the manager mocked her for crying! Their wedding reception smelled like sewage and if I were them I'd be smelling a lawsuit!!

Great Food

Despite it's rather ostentatious exterior this restaurant doesn't stay open on it's looks alone. The food is great and it's really a nice elegant evening out.
