Cheap. I purchased a Groupon for my mother for about $40 for a service they claim is "worth" $86. My mother was ill for a while and the Groupon ended up expiring before we could use it. Santana's told us they will not honor it (which they have a right to do but I hoped the circumstances would justify an exception) and they will also not let us use the $40 I paid toward just a hair cut for my mom. They said I must pay an additional $46 (plus the $40 or so that I paid for the Groupon) for the service but we could get a new Groupon for the same services for $38. The owner told me that she receives no money from Groupon if the voucher is expired. However, what she did not tell me is that as I understand it, she already received her money from Groupon when it expired. The whole thing is just too much to keep track of and any business which is that inflexible / unfair to customers will not get my additional funds or my business in the future.

Purchased a Groupon for a mani/pedi. My was due to expire in 2 weeks. I called to make an appointment when I was told I would have to wait at least 2 weeks to get an appointment. I get multiple mani and pedis and I have never had to wait more than a day or 2. They knew I had the Groupon coupon. I contacted Groupon when they told me there were numerous complaints just like mine. They promptly refunded my money. DO NOT PURCHASE from this salon. They are ripping you off

Called and spoke with owner Danielle to make an appointment for my daughter to get a gel manicure for her 8th grade graduation. Made the appointment a little over a week in advance. Got to the Salon a few minutes early and found another customer waiting, the doors were all locked and the lights off, we waited 20 min and left voicemails with no return phone call. Don't waste your time here. My mom had a manicure done here and it was horrible anyways but I thought I would give them another chance and I had a gift certificate. Never again.
