I have owned three dogs from steves. My oldest is a 12 year old Aussie my youngest a 1 year old aussie. I have a 4 year old chi chi. Too. I have never had any medical problems with them. They are very healthy . I continue to buy from steves because I'm getting healthy pets. I have also purchased a cat and birds. I have all of them .
I think Steve's gets bad rap from the rescues. It's unfair.there are people that just don't want to do rescues . These animals are taken care of very well. if they bark wrong there going to a vet. They are socialized. They are bathed regularly and groomed daily. They are not stuck in the kennels all day. They are out regularly playing with people. The staff are very well educated on the back grounds of animals. They will try to educate you on the animal and make sure it's the best fit for family.
you may pay alittle more but hey... you have a place to go to if something is genticaly wrong in first year. Breeders give you two weeks.
