My stylist just arrived at studio e, I love my hair and my stylist but now I feel stuck! The front reception always screws up my appointments. The salon is looks so run down and outdated, my stylist came with other members from their old salon and they are great, truly professional and talented. And when I look around I wonder why they are here! The other employees at studio e are rude and low class, not one single person has ever said a word to me! I'm there every 4 wks! I love my stylist but not the salon! Its a shame to say but the salon is horrible the worst I've seen in williamsville, I may be looking for someone new to do my hair in a nice and pleasant atmosphere, very disappointed
