i have been dealing with t-mobile for 5 years about the fraud they had committed. and it's still on-going. if you are looking for a decent and trust worthy then DO NOT GO TO T-MOBILE!!!

well i purchased a phone and had a plan through t-mobile when i was 18 years old. well the service sucked. my call was constantly dropping. then i notice that my bill was so much higher than it was suppose to. i looked through my bill and found that on the very bottom of the 2nd page they added 2 additional lines to my bill and were charging me like you wouldn't believe!! i called their customer service to have these unauthorized lines be removed. everytime i spoke to someone they told they're off they're off. well they were never taken off. because for 6 months they were appearing on my bill. finally when it came closer to the end of my contract i asked the representative "when is my contract up?" he gave the exact date in which i could call and cancel without any fees. so that's exactly what i did. 2 years past and all of the sudden i get all these collection notices stating i owe t-mobile $600. which was all fraud. they guy conned me into paying $400 of the fraud transactions and told me he'd waive the remaining $200. i just wanted these people out of my life for good, so i agreed. another 1 and half years go by and all of the sudden i get another collection notice stating i still owe them $200. the lady i spoke to was unbelievably rude, would not even listen to anything i had to say and was talking over me. i ended up having to talk to the supervisor. after the being bounced back and forth between the collection agency and t-mobile finally after 4 years of dealing with this i finally go rid of them.

Now i'm not the only 1 that has had this problem. my best friend's brother had t-mobile which m,y friend never told him about my story. well he found lines that were on his bill too and they refused to take any of them off. so he's now going through what i did the past 4 years!!!
