I have dealt with tri home for several years and have had nothing more than problem after problem. they still have been unable to get the pressures on my equipment correct. billed me for equipment already paid for taking months and many phone calls to correct. when following up on things they initiate they have know idea what you are talking about, and have been told at times that I am not one of their patients. when my frustration reached its peak I did not fing a sympathetic ear but someone who made her frustration with me loud and clear. go somewhere else ,run.
