Provided by YP.comA month ago, Urban Valet Elmwood lost my favorite dress shirts (approx. value 300$), some of them bought in France or Canada (=impossible to replace).
I left my number 2 or 3 times, fulfilled their form, etc.
THEY NEVER CALLED BACK !
I went back twice and I tried to call back:
The consumer manager is never there. You get somebody else on the phone. That person tells me that there is nothing she can do. She transfers the call to the owner which hang up (I heard the noise). Then I tried to call back three times... machine right away !!!
Lesson learned: Don't go there ! They loose your stuff and when you claim they ignore you !!
