Veolia Water which has a ten year contract, to manage and control, every aspect of the treatment of waste water. To bill customers, a flat rate, and to carry out other procedures, that relate to residential and public consumption. No detailed explanation as to why they refuse to take Federal money that would improve our water and sewer, lines. They have deceived the citizens of Buffalo, by way of neglecting the use of their grant money, and often leave water main lines to deteriorate, and eventually BREAK. they have done nothing to fix our Cities Water and sewer lines. That is why there were so many Water Main breaks in 2014 alone. The residents of Buffalo, that live off of North Legion, have experienced major flooding as the result of Veolia's lack of knowledge relating to ice jams. when the ice jams up against the Bridge, it causes a massive amount of waste water to disperse into the basements in that area. We need to reconsider this Privatization of our most fundamental right, " A RIGHT TO CLEAN WATER!
