My experience at the Villas on Rensch was disappointing. Throughout the year I encountered many problems, for example, my hot water heater kept breaking leading to having to shower in cold water and the problem was never resolved. I was told it was just the way it was installed and that many residents experienced this issue. The printer and wifi was constantly not working which is a hassle for a college student. The Villas is one of the most expensive places to live near UB North Campus and their services do not match up with their price. I always paid my rent on time and when I moved out I spoke with the manager who told me that he would call me after he did my inspection if anything was wrong. I never received a call and then two months later I received a bill in the mail for ridiculous charges. The entire year when they came to inspect my room I was told it was in great shape and then all the sudden I moved out and they come up with multiple things wrong. They take advantage of college students. It is not worth it to live here, there are plenty of other places near campus that treat their residents better.
