What a joke! We made reservations for dinner 2 days prior to our visit. When we got there, the restaurant was closed and we had to go into the bar to order dinner. The food, service and prices sucked!! I would not even bother going there EVER AGAIN!

Stayed here a few days ago and we had a lovely experience. Here is the breakdown: The customer service, concierge desk and room service was excellent, very friendly and provided quick service and help when needed. The room was newly renovated, clean, comfy bed and a decent shower (If you are tall than the shower head isn't for you : ) The door to the room had a big gap at the bottom, you could hear people in the hallway very clearly at all hours…they really need to fix that. We found it a little weird that the swimming pool was in the hotel restaurant although it was surrounded by greenery, it was still bizarre. Room service had a great selection for both meat eaters and vegetarians. All in all, a great stay.
