not trying to be offensive or anything but an asain lady that works there is extremely rude and instead of actually helping me with a question i had, she stood there getting mad at me just because i took some of her time to look up a name. The next day i called and she was still being rude. The dresses are beautiful but the costumer service isnt.

I put my dress on lay away and only paid half of it off. Yet i couldn't get the rest of the money to pay it off. The employee ask the owner if I could use the money for store credit and she refuse to even talk to me. The customer service is awful and the dresses are way to expensive. Stores like Dillard's offer returns or exchanges. I don't understand why they wouldn't even let me use the money I paid for store credit. The dress has never left the store. Yet they still refuse. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time and money on expensive dresses here that can be found at way better prices and with more flexible policies.
