By far, the best wedding venue in GA!. The facilities are beautiful, well groomed, and all together a perfect atmosphere to have a wedding at.

Debbie is amazing and very flexible with all the demands that a wedding has. She was always able to work something out to make our wedding move forward without a hitch. Debbie was very understanding and will really work with you to keep you happy and to make sure you're getting everything you want, without gouging your wallet.

The food was great. Even with the most basic food package, we still had a very delicious spread of appetizers (spinach pastry's, coconut chicken, and pigs in a blanket), which our guest had nothing but high reviews of and same with the main course! Now the main course was nothing short of amazing, even down to the french bread on the side!

The DJ, wow were do I start. From the beginning of the wedding he was with us, all the way to the last till the last dance. He definitely kept the wedding rolling smoothly, interacted well with our guest, and kept the party popping. He was always checking on my wife and I, making sure we had something to drink, eat and were having a great time. Music was great, family friendly, and the staff that worked with him was very professional.

Overall: For the price we paid, amount of guest we had, food, drinks, cake, pictures, decorations, and the experience. I can honestly say we greatly underpaid for the excellent service that the entire staff at the Bradford House gave my wife and I. Thank you to everyone who made our wedding the best wedding we could have ever wished for!

We booked this venue a year in advance and when we originally booked it everything seemed great; however it all changed and went downhill after we signed our contract and paid the deposit. In fact, every time we made a payment they tried to change things. They attempted to raise the agreed upon price each, tried to add things to the event we originally told them we didn’t want, and tried to impose a minimum guest number, though we specifically asked about that and were told there is no minimum there suddenly became one. I kept the original contract and because I did I was able to force them to adhere to the original agreed upon terms, to some extent. They refused to allow my daughter to have the agreed upon meetings with coordinator and venders associated with the event.

Our contract included the night before the wedding for 3 hours for us to have the rehearsal; however the owner tried to deny us the venue for rehearsal of the wedding; claiming they had an event the night before the wedding. Upon producing my contract yet again and questioning the owner as to why she scheduled an event when we already reserved and paid for the venue she suddenly “remembered” the event in question was actually on a different date. However, the rehearsal was so rushed it caused a severe commotion on the day of the ceremony. In fact, the coordinator actually REFUSED to go through the entire rehearsal claiming she was “too busy”.

On my daughter's wedding day both the coordinator and DJ were rushing EVERYONE so badly that the wedding party was so confused they were unsure as to what to do when and we were not able to get even half of the pictures we were supposed to get; leaving us with absolutely ZERO photos of the Bride herself or with her family! We were told we would have a full hour for the wedding party to have photos taken as the remaining guests would be served hor d'oeuvers and drinks; yet that turned into about 15 minutes as we were then rushed to complete the photos resulting in the DJ and coordinator telling our guests to proceed with having their meal BEFORE the Bride and Groom and the wedding even entered the reception area; again throwing the entire reception into a tailspin of activity not planned by the Bride or Groom. In addition, they prepared and charged us for more food than we actually needed for our particular event and NOT at all what we expected as the taste was nothing like it was in the tasting; we were actually informed that the “extras would go home with the owner because it would feed her family for a week” we were informed that it is their policy to “make far more than necessary and take the leftovers home with them”. That’s food we were charged for and paid for.

During the reception, the DJ refused to play the songs my daughter requested and left out several special dances, including a very special dance the couple chose to honor their grandparents. At one point the DJ decided it was time to see the happy couple off and instructed the entire wedding party and every guest to "see the couple off" and we could continue the reception afterward. The couple was NOT leaving and did not want to have their send off at this time, but they were not asked but rather were instructed they HAD to do this.

In addition, they kept many of our personal decorations used in the wedding and reception and refused to allow us to pack our things ourselves!

All in all DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR! I only wish someone had warned us not to.
