I recently had repair work done due to someone rear-ending me. The repair work was good, but the damage done by the repair shop to the interior of my driver's door, the 1.1 miles my car was driven without my permission, and the lack of answers is unacceptable. They repaired to my satisfaction the damage they caused. When I immediately brought to their attention, before starting my vehicle in their parking lot, about the mileage (I document my odometer, tachometer, and gas gauge even for oil changes) I was told no one drove my car. How did the 1.1 miles from the time I dropped it off for the bumper repair until I picked in up when they called and said it was ready get on my tachometer and odometer? I have yet to get an answer. I guess they feel if they don't say anything/admit it I will go away. I was told they have never been accused of unauthorized mileage before and told me it did not happen. I drive a sports car, convertible...and yes it did happen.If you use this shop document your odometer, tachometer, and gas gauge especially if you drive a sports vehicle or high end vehicle. Evidently they have never had anyone to document these gauges and have proof of their misuse of customers vehicles. I complained to the insurance company and they were going to talk with the owner...still no answer from anyone.I gave them a 1 star rating although it is not deserved in order to post my review. It should be a below star rating!
